TERMS OF AGREEMENT  

This Terms of Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between DiceTutors in the Diaspora, an online learning platform provider of Nigerian language classes for Diasporans, and “You” (“User”). By enrolling in our classes, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website and enrolling in different class batches, you confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.

If You do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not proceed with enrollment.

2. Our Service

DiceTutors in the Diaspora offers online language classes (DLC DiceTutors Language Classes) by providing instruction in various Nigerian languages for children from elementary school to senior high school, college students, and families in the diaspora. Classes are run in different batches, and conducted through virtual sessions. Users can select courses based on their language proficiency, interests, and the batch they want to join.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll or have a parent/guardian enroll on your behalf if under 18.

By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

The fees for each class are outlined on our website and must be paid in full before accessing the classes. We accept online payments. Payments are processed securely.

DiceTutors reserves the right to do an upward or downward review of fees.

5. Class Access and Usage

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the chosen class you subscribed to, including all associated materials and resources, for the duration specified on the course page. 

Classes are held in groups. Class access is non-transferable. Sharing access to your account with others is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, and resources provided in the classes are the property of DiceTutors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal learning. Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any materials without permission is prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to participate actively in the classes and follow any instructions provided by the instructor.

Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or other students will not be tolerated and may result in termination of access to classes without a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in the policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

DiceTutors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our website or services.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by You for the class in which the issue arose.

10. Modification of Agreement

DiceTutors reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify You of significant changes via email or by posting an updated version on our website.

Continued use of our services after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes Your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any class or our services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
